Counseling— Services provided are virtual. This allows clients to have schedule flexibility and avoid commute times. Sessions are on a secure, web platform for your privacy.
After our initial phone consultation, the next step is to schedule an intake session. This session is designed to ensure that I more fully understand you, the reason you are ready to make a change, and the details of your situation. we will begin with an intake session. This will be a 60-90 minute session.
Following the intake, we will have sessions once per week, typically 50-minutes, dedicated to helping you to reach your specific goals.
I am In-Network with the following insurances: Aetna, UHC, Cigna, Oscar Health, and Oxford
If I am not in network with your insurance company, I do offer superbills which can be submitted for potential reimbursement (if your insurance company offers out-of-network coverage).

Throughout my career, I've held both direct counseling and management positions, providing me with a strong understanding of both clinical practice and administrative aspects of mental health/addiction services
